In 2013 the Association for Business Psychology Annual conference had a theme on Doing more with less. Speakers including leading experts such as Ivan Robertson, Business Psychologist and thought leader talking on resilience and Matthew Syed who challenged our definition of talent and success in delivering high quality practice.
As part of this three day conference, I was asked to present an interactive workshop on the digital aspects of doing more with less. I decided to call my talk:
Digital native v digital immigrant: who is the more efficient leader?
While I suggested that there was no difference, and that the digital native is just the baggy trousers of the technology revolution, my audience thought otherwise. Fascinatingly, they concluded that the digital native was more a efficient leader.
